Josh Hartnett's real girlfriend -- contrary to speculation -- isn't his Singularity co-star Bipasha Basu. It's a Norwegian model named Sophia Lie
B-Town has been abuzz over the last few days about the "new man" in Bipasha Basu's life: Josh Hartnett.
However, a well-placed source informs us that her Singularity co-star is in a committed relationship with Norwegian model Sophia Lie since April 2010.
Just a ploy
Calling the Josh-Bips reports utterly baseless and a ploy to get added attention to the film, the source says, "Josh has been in a very public relationship with Sophie.
Why would he want to hook up with Bipasha when he has someone else in his life?
They are merely good friends. Nothing more. In fact Josh's agent isn't even aware that there's such a link up buzz surrounding him."
Basu is quickly gaining notoriety for being linked to her co-stars. While there have been denials to buzz about a fling with her Dum Maaro Dum co-star Rana Dagubatti, there is no word yet on Josh.
It seems Johnny boy's ex is playing along for now.

Lie is a popular face on the modelling front. However, her claim to fame is dating Josh Hartnett.
The two were spotted several times over the last one year holidaying in Italy, holding hands and kissing.
